Experienced Injection Molding Process Technician

Are you the person everyone calls when a molding process starts drifting, parts go out of spec, or a startup isn't running quite right? We're looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team in West Bend, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

- Start up and optimize injection molding processes

- Verify and maintain validated process parameters

- Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and quality issues using scientific molding principles

- Support mold changeovers and production launches

- Monitor cavity pressure and process performance

- Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams

- Assist with process improvements, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of injection molding process technician experience

- Strong understanding of molding machines, molds, tooling, and process development

- Experience troubleshooting part quality defects and process variation

- Knowledge of scientific molding concepts preferred

- Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, validation activities, or regulated manufacturing is a plus
