BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position, Candidates residing within a 50 miles radius of Dover NJ will only be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or high-precision industrial environment.
- Strong command of standard office technology and internal software databases, with proficient Microsoft Excel skills (maintaining tracking sheets, sorting and filtering data, and running basic reports).
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and to stand or walk for extended periods during a shift.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality management standards (such as AS9100) and lean manufacturing principles.
