Director, Strategic Partnership Relations

LCMC Health is seeking a highly collaborative and relationship-focused leader to serve as Director, Strategic Partnership Relations . This influential role supports strategic partnerships between LCMC Health, hospital leadership, physician groups, clinic operations teams, and academic affiliates, helping drive alignment on operational, workforce, and growth initiatives.

The Director serves as a trusted resource to leadership, facilitating communication, collaboration, and accountability across multiple stakeholders. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at building relationships, managing complex projects, analyzing data, and driving progress in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

- Foster strong relationships with hospital leadership, physician groups, clinic operations leaders, and Tulane School of Medicine stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment around shared goals, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities.
- Support executive leaders by identifying opportunities to strengthen partnership effectiveness, organizational alignment, and service line growth.

Provider Recruitment & Operational Support

- Coordinate and track physician and APP recruitment efforts from workforce planning through onboarding, integration, and transition to practice.
- Partner with recruitment, operational, clinical, and academic leaders to ensure key milestones are achieved and barriers are addressed.
- Support provider onboarding, clinic growth initiatives, and operational readiness efforts across the organization.

Project Management, Analytics & Executive Reporting

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring progress against established priorities and timelines.
- Monitor provider recruitment, onboarding, clinic operations, and partnership performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards, executive summaries, presentations, and progress reports that support leadership decision-making.
- Prepare materials and provide updates for Joint Council and senior leadership meetings, including recruitment progress, onboarding activity, operational readiness initiatives, and strategic partnership projects.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks while promoting accountability and follow-through.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare operations, provider recruitment, physician relations, practice administration, project management, or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, and executive presence.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with health system leaders, physician groups, clinic operations teams, and academic partners.
