As a Guest Talent Assistant (Seasonal), you will assist with executing various resort events under the scope of Disney Live Entertainment. Guest Talent Assistants (Seasonal) assist in the operation of Disneyland® Resort Guest Talent Programs events for Disney Imagination Campus and potential Company & Client-based events.

You will report to the Guest Talent & Imagination Campus Manager.

This is a seasonal role with no guarantee of weekly hours, as it will fluctuate with the business needs, and no guarantee of permanent placement.

What You Will Do:

- Manage daily logistics, transportation, and technical arrangements to be made for each assigned event
- Stay informed of multiple details regarding the arrangements for each Guest group, and Resort and Guest Talent Programs policy
- Provide Guest groups with complete, accurate information and instructions to guide them through their day
- Creatively accommodate the group's needs while working within our practical limits: time constraints, Disney policies, show standards, etc
- Identify potential event problems or special support requirements, and make arrangements for solutions
- Report the details of each event, including ticketing, merchandise distribution, performance, and logistical information
- Use a computer, iPhone, radio, and landline phone for daily operational communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team, including partnering with Cast Members from several departments and guests from around the world
- Control vehicle traffic while wearing a safety vest and carrying a stop sign to facilitate the needs of internal partner operations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Ability to creatively problem-solve
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions within a theme park environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a calm, professional, and positive demeanor in a frenetic work environment while maintaining a solid work ethic
- Close familiarity with educational or community-based performing arts or educational groups
- Experience working with or leading large groups
- Comfortable navigating throughout a theme park environment for an extended period of time
- Ability to work all holidays, nights, and weekends, as needed by the business

Preferred Qualifications:

- Participation, understanding, and passion for students, education, and the arts
- Bilingual skills
- Background in or knowledge of performing arts, or event coordination
- Working knowledge of Disney Entertainment Productions and the Disneyland® Resort

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in the Performing Arts and/or Education is preferred

The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, CA is $26.75 per hour.
