About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Mining Performance Assurance (MPA) Department to support the daily operations of our global data centers, ensuring the stability and efficiency of mining equipment and related assets. This role focuses on data-driven monitoring, incident tracking, and process execution, contributing to operational excellence and strategic objectives.

What You Will Be Responsible For

- Monitor and analyze operational data from global data centers, including equipment performance, uptime, and energy consumption, to ensure optimal functionality.
- Record and analyze equipment failures or service disruptions, coordinate with relevant teams for resolution, and document root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Generate periodic reports summarizing key operational metrics (e.g., equipment availability, incident frequency), providing insights for management and stakeholders.
- Execute standardized processes, such as equipment maintenance schedules and asset inspections, ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
- Support strategic projects (e.g., data center deployments or process improvements), assisting with data analysis, coordination, and task execution.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of work experience in data analysis or operation analysis, preferably in the crypto industry, data center operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to monitor metrics and generate actionable insights.
- ITIL, PMP, or related certifications demonstrating an understanding of operational frameworks and project management are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage data, incidents, and processes accurately.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, asset management, and customer-facing units.
- Willingness to travel to different locations for business trips to learn and understand tasks performed by on-site personnel, enhancing operational insight and collaboration.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills to support global operations; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- Familiarity with asset management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
