Labcorp is seeking an Identity Support Associate to join our External Applications team in Geneva, Switzerland.
Work schedule
Part-time role (24h a week)
Job Responsibilities
- Review User Access Request Form received from client and internal teams for accuracy
- Submit User Access Request in IT Central
- Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity
- Complete required trainings according to required timelines
- Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution
- Distributing and assigning tasks evenly to associates on daily basis
- Quality Review – track, assign open approvals to quality review team and track completion
- Managing escalations and GPM/GSM queries
- Complete specialized submission requests
- Respond to queries from UA team
- Assist in training, mentoring new staff members
- SOP/WI review and updates as per timelines and guidelines
- Organize, participate and document meeting minutes for various stakeholder meetings
- Participate in UARF enhancement discussions
- Workload dealer activities such as review daily tracker, UARF workload, available members and assign requests
- Manage SharePoint and dashboard updates as required
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 or more years of customer support experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Job Standards
- Fluency in English is required, French is considered as a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-polished, inclusive and engaging communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner under demanding conditions
