LC Associate

$18.25 Hourly

What You'll Do

- Rotate between functions within the Logistics Center, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Operate material handling equipment.
- Replenish workstations with supplies.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Meet productivity, quality, performance, and safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Meet attendance and punctuality standards.

What We're Looking For

- Experience working in a warehouse.
- Comfortable using a computer on a daily basis.
- Available to work overtime when needed.
- Highly energetic for a fast-paced environment.
- RF scanner experience.
- Good math skills and attention to detail.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Walk for 8-12 hours and pull a pallet jack when needed.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and occupational hazards.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures and seek clarification when needed.
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Identify potential safety risks and report concerns promptly.

Education

- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

Working Conditions

- Occasional overtime or non-standard work hours may be required based on business needs.
- Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, elevated work areas, wet and/or humid conditions, and outdoor weather conditions.

Must have working knowledge of the English language for training and safety purposes.
