DaVita Clinical Research is seeking a proven Executive Assistant with excellence in supporting Senior-Level Management (e.g., Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, Divisional VPs, etc.) and C-Suite Executives. The Executive Assistant provides high-level personal, administrative, and operational support to senior executives, enabling them to focus on strategic leadership.

As an Executive Assistant, you are clever, resourceful, and independently driven. You know how to take the ball and roll with it. This position is a remote position with the flexibility to be based anywhere in the United States. Candidates located within or near a major metropolitan area are preferred to support business travel and accessibility to major airports when needed.
Essential Duties:
75% - Administrative Support: Calendar management; scheduling of meetings; writing/editing speeches and presentations; travel arrangements; project management; and other administrative/managerial duties as required. Participates in and attends management-level meetings and takes minutes, as directed. Receives and screens communications to the Executive, including telephone calls and e-mail messages, and independently routes and answers correspondence not requiring the Executive’s attention. Prepare expense reports to ensure accuracy of all account codes for correct payment of expenses.
10% - Project Coordination: Works independently on projects that require a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Communicates new policies and procedures to the department and coordinates the gathering of information as directed, using independent judgment to achieve desired results. May direct and lead the work of others.
10% - Liaison: Acts as a liaison with key/high-level internal and external executives. Maintains exceptional relationships with internal and external customers with a reputation for organization and responsiveness.
5% - Other duties as assigned: (e.g., managing office supply inventory, ad hoc support)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
· 2+ years' experience supporting a C-Suite executive required.
· 5+ years' experience providing support to high level leadership including Directors, Sr. Directors
and Vice Presidents as an Executive Assistant is strongly preferred.
· Strong leadership skills: agility, critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, and collaboration.
· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with wide range of organizational
business departments to support various departmental needs.
· Exceptional ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) required.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
· Must be a progressive learner, organized, detail oriented, and professional.
· Ability to multi-task with shifting priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
· Must be flexible, resourceful, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

The Wage Range for the role is $26.50 - $40.50 per hour.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour
Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
