The Service Contract Administrator provides administrative support for the North American Aftermarket Sales team administering day-to-day activities to enable our sales partners and internal customers to achieve revenue and service targets, and customer commitments related to renewals, validations, quotations, orders, and contract processing.

This position reports to   the Sr Manager Customer Service   and is part of the   Service Contract Administration   located   in Concord, Canada and will be an on-site role .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Support the Service and Aftermarket Sales organizations by preparing quotations, booking orders, processing spare parts requests, and managing contract-related activities, including service contracts, RFPs, warranty conversions, and renewals. Review purchase orders, scopes of work, and payment schedules to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely revenue support.

- Process contractual documents through standard work within established service levels and in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

- Partner with internal teams, including Legal, Accounting, EH&S, and Human Resources, to support contract drafting, review, and approval processes.

The essential requirements of the job includ e:

- Requires the knowledge and skills normally   acquired   through successful completion of a   bachelor’s   degree or equivalent experience.

- Support transaction closing activities as needed during month/quarter/year end .     Must be flexible with hours worked to support business demands and   department   Monday through Friday. Some Holiday work may be   required .

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization.

It would be a plus if you also   possess   previous   experience in:

- Experience with Saleforce.com, Oracle 12, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.

- Ability to read and interpret contractual language and terms such as service contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and procedure manuals

The annual salary range for this role is $ 50,000 CAD – $61,000 CAD .    This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of   possible compensation   for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be   modified   in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
