Key Responsibilities

- Perform required internal AS9100 and FAA audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up activities.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA, AS9100, and internal quality procedures.

- Support and participate in customer, FAA, DCMA, and AS9100 external audits.

- Document audit findings accurately and promptly.

- Creation, processing, and closure of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) from result of audits

- Assist Quality Engineers with source inspections, including preparing documentation, verifying compliance, and coordinating with customers or suppliers.

- Support the creation, processing, and closure of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).

- Assist with inspections of repair units and production units, verifying conformity to engineering requirements, regulatory standards, and company procedures.

- Document and report nonconformities and inspection.

- Maintain quality records, audit files, and inspection documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement

- Travel up to 15% of the time

- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 1 year of direct industry experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills , with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
