About this role
Purpose
Provide on-site and corridor-aligned facility operations support for USBP and AMO real property. The FOS helps the Government acquire services, track funding, coordinate maintenance and repair, and oversee day-to-day facility operations so buildings remain mission-ready.
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience
• Education requirements may be offset by additional relevant experience on a case-by-case basis with Government client and COR approval
Preferred qualifications
• OSHA 10-hour training (minimum preferred)
• Experience in facility operations, maintenance and repair coordination, or federal building management
• Experience supporting acquisition packages, cost estimates, and budget/funding tracking
• Familiarity with TRIRIGA (or successor), SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
• Experience interfacing with customers, executing agencies, Facility and Infrastructure Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and Work Leaders
Primary responsibilities
• Acquisition support
• Support project requirements and acquisition program-management consulting/analysis as needed.
• Assist Program and Project Managers with procurement timelines, milestones, and acquisition documentation, plans, and performance measures.
• Help develop requirements documents (SOW, SOO, PWS) consistent with USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, FAR, and applicable policy.
• Assist with Market Research, Determinations of Findings, and Analysis of Alternatives (minimum of three capable vendors).
• Assist with IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates through market research, historical pricing, comparative analysis, and related documentation.
• Funding management and budget
• Manage, track, and report funding and budget for assigned initiatives, projects, or tasks.
• Submit Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs).
• Track financial actions in SAP.
• Work with servicing-agency partners on available, expensed, and obligated funding.
• Track project costs in TRIRIGA (or successor) and update at least monthly.
• Report funding/budget status to the Government monthly.
• M&R coordination and reporting
• Prepare the monthly M&R Coordination report covering existing M&R project status, including cost, scope, modifications, percent complete, and logistics support status.
• Maintain data and contract information so the Government can meet standard and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Track and prepare documentation for task-order execution in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Track funding executed with federal purchase cards.
• Facility operations management
• Monitor maintenance work and track completion.
• Assist the Government in developing repair solutions for facilities.
• Develop task and project documentation as required.
• Assist with oversight and monitoring of environmental task completion.
• Help ensure permits, warranties, and equipment documentation are accounted for in the appropriate systems of record.
• Interface with customers, executing agencies, the Facility and Infrastructure Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Work Leader.
