About this role
Tasks:
- Prospect (cold-call) via phone and email to build a qualified pipeline, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue
- Qualify prospects through consultative discovery to understand their business, marketing challenges, and budgets to ensure sales efforts prioritize opportunities that align with the company’s services and approved industries
- Clearly communicate and sell Logical Position's value proposition, demonstrating how our digital marketing services, expertise, technology, and partnerships can help prospective clients improve performance and grow their business
- Own and consistently achieve individual sales goals, including expectations around new revenue, closed business, qualified pipeline generation, productivity, and other key performance metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM records and timely sales notes to ensure clear follow-up, reliable pipeline tracking, and an organized, consistent sales process
- Adhere to company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards by accurately representing services, pricing, and expected outcomes; making only authorized commitments
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience involving prospecting, customer acquisition, revenue generation, or ownership of sales-related performance goals
- Ability to engage prospective customers through outbound reach, including phone, email, and other communication channels
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, uncover customer needs, and communicate value effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently execute follow-up activities
- Basic technical aptitude and the ability to learn CRM systems, sales tools, and new technology
- Coachable mindset with the ability to receive feedback and continuously improve
- Strong ethical judgment and integrity, with an understanding of honest, transparent, and client-focused sales practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and general computer skills
