Main responsibilities:

- Ensure that each stores eCommerce department meets/exceeds guest expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness

- Develop and manage the overall program for eCommerce while maximizing sales and profits and meeting established KPIs

- Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the on-line shopping department

- Meet the demands of product flow and create schedules according to guidelines

- Develop Team Members to meet the productivity standards and certify Team Members once they meet or exceed goals

- Confirm that Team Members are following local, state, and federal laws in addition to all food safety procedures and company guidelines

- Train Team Members on all functions and duties of the Order Selector, Guest Attendant and Delivery Driver roles

- Lead team in the planning, implementation and execution of eCommerce initiatives

- Achieve/exceed weekly, period, annual sales, wage budgets, and other targeted goals including guest satisfaction leading to repeat sales

- Assist in the analysis and response to the competitive landscape

- Ensure orders are filled with products requested or comparable substitute in a timely and effective manner

- Execute Best Practices to determine appropriate substitutions in the event of an out of stock

- Follow processes for streamlining collection of orders, products, checkouts and delivery

- Create a method to report inventory issues such as out of stock items to department heads in a timely manner

- Troubleshoot equipment and devices for eCommerce department

- Provide feedback to Store Management team, Regional Vice Presidents, Field Supervisors, and Senior Leaders on the effectiveness of operational plans/programs

- Monitor and control expenses for the department

- Ensure preventative maintenance is being performed on all equipment in the department

- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

- Stay up-to-date on market trends

- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 2-4 years of Retail Management experience required, preferably some experience in multiple Center-Store departments

- Previous experience and knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) preferred

- Previous experience in selection and onboarding processes
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record

- Ability to build and manage relationships throughout the store and community

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

- Ability to gain trust, respect and buy-in from all levels of the organization

- Ability to travel, some overnight stays required

- Self-starter, with excellent time management skills

- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to use a forklift and pallet jack

- Ability to work independently without supervision and effectively manage time

- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others

- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
