HSBC Asset Management, the investment management business of the HSBC Group, invests on behalf of HSBC’s worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions through both segregated accounts and pooled funds.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Client Services - Global Asset Management.
In this role you will:
• Serve as the primary servicing contact for assigned institutional clients, managing client queries and requests end-to-end.
• Provide proactive updates, manage issues through to resolution and escalate risks appropriately.
• Prepare for and attend/host quarterly review calls (QBRs): agenda, materials, minutes and follow-ups.
To be successful you will need:
• Min 5 years of Client servicing experience in Asset Management, ideally supporting institutional clients and/or institutional distribution.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, KYC/AML, client reporting and governance controls in a regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating RFP/RFI/DDQ responses and supporting client meetings/reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills; comfortable working across seniority levels and diverse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to produce client-ready materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with strong data discipline.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
