About this role

Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Support infrastructure architecture projects, working on specific tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in documenting infrastructure design and configurations.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor and ensure the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components.
• Contribute to identifying and resolving infrastructure issues, escalating when necessary.
• Stay informed about emerging infrastructure technology trends and share insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Participate in basic troubleshooting and problem resolution activities.
• Adhere to established infrastructure standards and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience working on cross-functional team projects, leading small projects, or workstreams in infrastructure architecture
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus
• Relevant certifications (i.e., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) a plus
• Basic scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python a plus
