What   you’ll   do & how   you’ll   make your mark

- Facilitate new hire, onboarding, product, systems, process, and specialty training programs.

- Deliver engaging instructor-led and blended learning experiences using adult learning best practices.

- Develop, update, and improve training modules, presentations, facilitator guides,  infodocs , handouts, job aids, and other learning materials.

- Participate in Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, Performance Development, and other learning initiatives.

- Evaluate learner performance and training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance data.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, motivation, and actionable feedback to support learner success.

- Partner with Operations, Human Resources, Workforce Management, Quality, and other stakeholders to  identify  training needs and support business requirements.

- Coordinate training schedules, resources, learner records, and other activities  required  for successful training delivery.

- Monitor live or recorded customer interactions, when applicable, and provide actionable developmental feedback.

- Continuously  identify  opportunities to improve learning programs based on learner needs, performance data, and business priorities.

Who you are & what   you’ll   need to succeed.

- At least 2–3+ years of proven experience in corporate learning, training, or learning and development.

- Experience   facilitating   instructor-led training, preferably in a BPO, technology, SaaS, customer service, or   other   fast-paced environment.

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training facilitation, Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, and performance development.

- Proven ability to develop training modules, learning materials, presentations,   infodocs , handouts, and job aids.

- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, motivate, coach, and provide actionable feedback.

- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

- Strong   proficiency   in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Visio and Google Workspace is preferred.

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, or other learning technologies is preferred.

- Experience supporting training programs across multiple teams, sites, brands, or business units is preferred.

- Experience in the BPO, technology, SaaS, web hosting, software, or customer service industry is preferred.

- Experience using performance data to   identify   learning gaps and evaluate training effectiveness is preferred.

- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and emerging learning technologies is preferred.
