Job Description

Ancira Winton Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for responding to online and in-person customer inquiries related to vehicle trade-ins and acquisition opportunities, with the goal of delivering exceptional service and driving successful acquisition outcomes.

The Acquisition Specialist is paid on a draw plus uncapped commission structure, with performance bonuses tied to accuracy, responsiveness, and results. This role partners closely with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Sales BDC Team, Service Department, and on-site Collision Center to identify and capitalize on acquisition opportunities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 6:00 pm some Saturdays required

Compensation

- Draw + commission (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries related to trade-ins, vehicle values, and acquisition opportunities

- Respond accurately and promptly to online and in-person customer inquiries

- Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds with customers

- Prepare accurate vehicle acquisition offers with management guidance

- Guide customers toward the best available outcomes based on their needs

- Utilize company-provided technology to establish vehicle values and track interactions

- Collaborate with Sales BDC, Pre-Owned Sales, Service, and Collision Center teams to maximize acquisition opportunities

- Maintain organized workflows and adhere to team principles and safety protocols

Qualifications

- Experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales, Service Advisor, Automotive Sales, Pre-Owned Sales, Recon, or Automotive Service preferred

- Quality-minded, coachable, and results-driven mindset

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology

- Valid drivers license with ability to meet insurability requirements

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
