Assistant Maintenance Technician Central City Toyota – West Philadelphia, PA
Position: Assistant Maintenance Technician at Central City Toyota in Philadelphia, PA.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
This full-time, Monday through Friday day shift role offers an excellent opportunity to work hands-on maintaining and improving dealership and collision center facilities within a stable, family-owned business.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine facility maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building tasks.
- Maintain dealership grounds and exterior areas.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and seasonal property tasks such as snow removal.
- Help maintain shop equipment and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
- Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience is beneficial but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical systems helpful.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
