As a Night Youth Services Worker , youll play an important role in providing safety, stability, supervision, and support for youth receiving residential treatment and services through our PMIC and QRTP programs .

Our youth need dependable adults around the clock. During the overnight hours, you are the calm, consistent presence helping maintain a safe and supportive environment.

3RD SHIFT PAY DIFFERENTIAL

Opportunities available in:

- Cedar Rapids

- Marion

- Bertram – STOP Program

The overnight shift may be quieter but the work is just as important.

Qualifications

What you need:

To qualify you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Prior experience in working with children is a plus but, not required. Additional requirements include:

- Desire to help kids succeed.

- Strong communication and problem solving abilities.

- Basic computer skills in a MS Office environment.

- Possession of a degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
