About this role
Innovation Centre in CIMB Group is in charge of discovering, ideating, scoping, design, implementation and managing the go-live of initiatives to realize the value generation of the company’s Simpler, Better, Faster strategy under the Forward 30 Capability pillar.
In this role, you will be involved in different parts of the process that may come from Top Down Strategic Programs or employee driven Bottom Up acceleration lab style of implementation. You will be involved in driving initiatives from zero to 1. This will involve non tech roles from process improvement, research or design skills to implementation capabilities that involve digitization, product management, low code to pro code tools, automation, AI tools.
You’ll be working in a highly energetic team that gets exposed to different parts of the business from front to back office.
