About this role

Asia's leading robotics solutions provider, automating enterprise supply chains since 2017. We build syncOS — the industry-first no-code platform that lets manufacturers and warehouse operators integrate, reprogram, and scale automation systems without halting production or calling in specialists. Our autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) run 24/7 for global brands — transforming production lines in hours, not weeks.

India is Botsync's highest-volume growth market, with a fast-expanding automotive, pharma, and FMCG manufacturing base actively investing in warehouse and factory automation.

The key responsibilities include:

Pipeline generation and deal ownership

- Own the India revenue target — build, qualify, and close enterprise deals across target verticals

- Own the India revenue target — build, qualify, and close enterprise deals across automotive, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and logistics verticals

- Lead customer-facing sales activity — from initial discovery through site visits, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution

- Identify and qualify net-new enterprise accounts with autonomous material handling requirements in the 500kg–2,000kg payload range

- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving operations, procurement, IT, and finance

Partner programme activation

- Coordinate closely with India-based integration partners to accelerate deal flow

- Own and deepen relationships with Botsync's local integration partner network

- Conduct biweekly partner pipeline reviews and co-marketing activities to drive partner-introduced deal flow

- Represent Botsync at key trade events and relevant manufacturing/logistics industry events

Forecasting, reporting, and CRM

- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot — deal stages, MEDDPICC qualification scores, forecast, and next actions updated weekly

- Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts to the leadership team

- Use the Botsync AMR qualification checklist and MEDDPICC framework for all new opportunities before proposal investment
- Track partner contribution, deal source, and close rate by vertical and partner

Requirements

Essential

- Existing senior-level relationships — Operations Directors, Heads of Supply Chain, Plant Managers, Heads of Automation — within target verticals in-market

- Demonstrable track record of selling complex, high-value capital or technology solutions to enterprise manufacturers or logistics operators

- Direct experience or strong familiarity with the local integration partner ecosystem — companies active in end-of-line automation, palletising, conveyor systems, or warehouse automation

- A proven hunter — comfortable identifying, opening, and closing net-new enterprise accounts without waiting for inbound leads

- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder procurement processes involving operations, procurement, IT, finance, and safety teams simultaneously

- Structured pipeline management discipline — experience using a formal sales methodology (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, or equivalent)

Highly desirable

- Prior experience selling AMR, AGV, or autonomous warehouse systems including LIDAR-navigated autonomous vehicles

- Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or SCADA system integration in manufacturing or warehousing environments

- Experience working with or selling to global-scale manufacturers (automotive OEMs, FMCG multinationals, or equivalent)

- Established relationships within the local integration partner community

Benefits

- The opportunity to play a key role in scaling Botsync’s commercial presence in India, with significant ownership and autonomy, backed by the India and Singapore leadership teams
- A differentiated product offering with vendor-agnostic orchestration through SyncOS and internationally certified heavy-payload AMRs (ISO 3691-4, B56.5, RIA 15.08)
- An established enterprise customer and reference base, giving you the opportunity to build on existing market traction and open doors with CXO-level stakeholders across key industries
- Competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus linked to revenue and business growth
- Direct reporting to the SVP Sales with full CCO and CEO visibility
- Genuine career growth opportunity, with the potential for this role to evolve into a larger commercial leadership position as Botsync continues to scale its India business
