About this role

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition serves as the subject-matter expert in all facets of full-cycle talent acquisition and ensures there is a robust and effective recruitment environment that positively impacts new hire retention. Participates and/or leads projects and initiatives to meet the recruitment goals and timelines. Build and develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of business needs to identify strategies to meet the current and future talent needs of the organization.

Requirements

- Ensures adherence to policies and procedures defined for the TA department at DATAMARK, at Site Level by collaborating with HR teams within their country.

- Provides leadership and vision to the regional Talent Acquisition teams, by having a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new and effective techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retention.

- Collects data and develops metrics from the Company Applicant Tracking Solution and other data points to effectively analyze key recruitment activity to understand and improve recruiting effectiveness.

- Responsible for the coordination of Talent Acquisition at multiple regional locations.

- Partners with Operations to create Talent Acquisition programs that support the Company’s vision for growth.

- Manages all vendor relationships related to Talent Acquisition to include the Applicant Tracking Solution, Job Boards, Online Reputation Management and pre-employment verifications, screenings and assessments.

- Identifies and implements tools on a country-specific level that streamlines Talent Acquisition functions and provides excellent reporting for ease of operational management.

- Updates, creates and implements appropriate TA policies, procedures and work instructions as needed.

- Audits site TA teams to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, policies and procedures

- In partnership with Site Human Resources, mentors and develops the TA personnel in the effort to continuously provide a learning environment which promotes excellence and growth.

- Keeps informed about all TA-related legal and regulatory issues that are pertinent to their country and recommends changes to Corporate Human Resources as required.

- Leads and manages the training environment for assigned sites to ensure maximum effectiveness and increase retention among new hires.

- Drives communication and teamwork amongst the TA teams to ensure there is continuous and comprehensive feedback from Operations on the quality of candidates.

- Education Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Field Experience:

- At least 8 to 10+ years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition

- Position Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition management position

- Prior experience in managing a training function or hands-on training experience

- Other Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies to meet Company needs

- Previous recruitment experience in a BPO or Call Center environment

- Ability to travel within region as required

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Previous experience leading teams at multiple sites preferred

- Strong technical experience Talent and/or HR software systems preferred

- Experience with Talent Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and TA Enablement functions preferred

Required Skills:

- Working knowledge in structuring Talent Acquisition departments to maximize efficiency

- Ability to identify and implement the latest and most effective practices for the administration of a Talent Acquisition resource

- Well-versed in country-specific employment law to ensure compliance across multiple locations;

- Highly effective interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
