As a MoMo
Specialist , you will play a key role within the operations team, contributing to the support and enhancement of mobile money services across multiple markets. This position works closely with peers and leadership across technical, operational, and client-facing teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
The MoMo
Specialist
reports t o the Team Leader , Operations and Performance
and collaborates wit h cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to identify , prioritize, and design solutions for business requirements. Additionally, this position will work closely with the development team to determine product functionality and with the sales & marketing team to strategize product positioning, product pricing and drive the product launch.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
First Level Operation:
- Perform network surveillance and monitor system performance.
- Conduct Level 1 preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Generate performance reports and analyze data to recommend improvements.
Second Level Operation:
- Manage and resolve second-level faults and incidents.
- Oversee problem and change management processes to minimize system disruptions.
- Handle software lifecycle management, including updates and patches.
- Manage user access and backup systems to safeguard data integrity.
- Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and manage operation support activities.
- Configure system settings and integrate services as per operational needs.
- Develop and manage processes and tools for efficient system management.
- Foster knowledge sharing and competence development within the team.
Planning, Design, and Optimization:
- Conduct system capacity planning and optimization to meet future demands.
- Manage the inventory database and ensure all resources are accounted for and optimally
utilized .
MoMo ADM:
- Develop, maintain , and improve applications integral to MoMo Systems.
- Coordinate between development teams and operations to ensure smooth deployment of new applications and updates.
- Monitor application performance and address any issues to enhance functionality and
user experience.
