Shape how software gets built across an entire enterprise. As a Senior Director of Software Engineering on a new platform engineering team at a leading global financial institution, you'll lead multiple technical areas and departments, driving adoption of the reusable frameworks and methods that thousands of engineers build on. You'll set direction for a portfolio of drop-in, agent-native components (secure by default, consumable by LLMs and modern tooling) and keep the organization at the forefront of how software is architected and delivered. Executive-scale technical leadership on problems measured across tens of thousands of repositories.
