About the Team

Our Healthcare   Product   team develops   i nnovative data and analytics solutions that help customers make   i nformed decisions across the healthcare ecosystem. We leverage provider data,   i nsights, and technology to serve clients   i n the payer, pharmacy, provider, and life sciences markets. Working   i n a collaborative, agile environment, our team partners closely with engineering, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver   product s that   i mprove healthcare outcomes and business performance.

About the Role

As a   Product   Manager   I , you will own a   product   feature area and lead project execution within our Healthcare   product   portfolio. This role   i s focused on leveraging healthcare provider data and   i nsights to create value for customers across multiple healthcare segments.

You will be responsible for defining and executing development plans, representing customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver   i mpactful   product   enhancements. The   i deal candidate has a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business and customer requirements   i nto actionable   product   solutions.

Responsibilities

Customer & Market Focus

- Engage with customers to understand business needs, gather requirements, and   i dentify market opportunities.
- Represent the voice of the customer throughout the   product   development lifecycle.
- Utilize customer frameworks, such as personas and Jobs-To-Be-Done methodologies, to guide   product   decisions.
- Monitor market trends,   i ndustry developments, and competitor activity to   i nform   product   strategy.
- Support customer engagements,   i ncluding meetings, events, and   i ssue resolution.

Product   Strategy & Execution

- Own and execute the   product   roadmap for a designated feature area.
- Contribute to the development and execution of   product   strategy and business objectives.
- Prioritize   product   requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Lead feature and enhancement planning,   i ncluding requirement analysis and acceptance criteria definition.
- Participate   i n continuous   i mprovement   i nitiatives to optimize   product   development processes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

- Analyze customer, market, and   product   data to   i dentify trends and opportunities.
- Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate performance and support decision-making.
- Assess options, weigh business   i mpacts, and recommend solutions based on data-driven   i nsights.

Go-to-Market &   Product   Enablement

- Support   product   launch activities and go-to-market execution plans.
- Partner with Sales and other   i nternal stakeholders to understand market needs and   product   positioning.
- Create and support   product   collateral, training materials, and customer-facing communications.
- Educate and enable   i nternal teams on   product   capabilities and value propositions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver   product   i nitiatives.
- Coordinate activities across teams to ensure quality, alignment, and successful delivery.
- Build strong working relationships and foster collaboration across the organization.

Technical & Domain Expertise

- Develop a strong understanding of healthcare provider data and how customers utilize   i t.
- Understand the company's technology ecosystem and relevant   product   architecture.
- Collaborate with developers to balance customer needs with technical considerations and constraints.
- Leverage tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, Balsamiq, and related technologies to support   product   activities.

Requirements

Experience

- 2-4 years of   Product   Management or related experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop, enhance, or maintain   product s.
- Experience engaging directly with customers and gathering business requirements.
- Ability to work   i ndependently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

Education

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.

Knowledge & Skills

- Understanding of   product   management principles and   product   development methodologies.
- Familiarity with healthcare provider data and   i ts application within healthcare markets preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to   i nfluence stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution excellence.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering   i mpactful solutions.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
