About the Role:
Looking for proficient sales professionals with hands-on experience in selling HVAC products, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, Controls, Pumps, Fans, and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
4-7 years of experience with HVAC industry in EAST/OBJ Market, responsible for sales of HVAC products to direct customers, end users, contractors and channel partners. To drive business growth by identifying customer requirements, developing technical solutions, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle while ensuring technical compliance and customer satisfaction.
Below are the day-to-day activities
- Meet consultants, contractors, end users, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
- Influence specifications and position company products in project designs.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Review RFQs, tenders, and project specifications.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies.
- Participate in technical clarifications and bid negotiations.
- Present value propositions and solution advantages to custom
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / HVAC Engineering or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
Technical & management Skills
- HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, Controls) or relevant industry products.
- Heat load calculations and system selection.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Order booking value.
- Sales revenue and margin achievement.
- Conversion ratio of quotations to orders.
- Number of customer visits and opportunities generated.
- Project specification wins.
- Collection and payment realization.
