Picasso Restaurant Group is hiring a Grill Cook for our U of M Dearborn Café!
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Grill Cook to join our team and help prepare fresh, high-quality meals in a fast-paced café environment.
Position Details
- Location: University of Michigan–Dearborn
- Position: Grill Cook
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: Day shift
- Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
- Benefits: Health benefits available after 90 days
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled foods according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prepare ingredients and assist with daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food is prepared accurately and served promptly
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous grill or line cook experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
