We're looking for SERVICE ADVISORS to join our team at FRIENDSHIP HYUNDAI of BECKLEY!
Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated and love to work with people!
What You'll Do:
- Promptly greet customers
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
- Determine and recommend necessary maintenance
- Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
- Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
- Communicate completed services and charges to customers
- Verify invoices and repair orders
