Kitchen Manager Duties

- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

- Drive profitability by controlling food costs, managing labor expenses, and maximizing efficiency.

- Develop and mentor a high-performing kitchen team through training, coaching, and performance management.

- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals.

Kitchen Manager Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant.

- Proven track record of achieving food cost and labor goals.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in food safety and sanitation procedures.
