🛠️ What Youll Do:
- Frame walls, roofs, and floors using hand and power tools.
- Read and follow construction drawings and instructions.
- Measure and cut materials accurately.
- Work safely on ladders, lifts, and rooftops.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Assist your team in completing projects on time and ensuring high quality.
✅ What Were Looking For:
- Able to read a tape measure and a construction level.
- Good with tools and hands-on work.
- Can lift 50–100 lbs and work on your feet.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
- Pays attention to detail and works safely.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Willing to learn and grow.
