Responsibilities:
- Monitor operations to ensure that the production plan is followed to meet standards to achieve optimum productivity of targets. (QKI, FTBY, SU, and SE) Refer to Annexure A for Standard Operating Procedures applicable to the assigned area of responsibility .
- Make sure product meets qualitative and quantitative specifications as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures and escalate any deviations or irregularities that do not meet required standard immediately .
- Accurately document shift operations throughout production as per Standard Operating Procedures and SAP (where applicable).
- Make sure proper shift handover relating to breakdowns, products , safety by documenting in the communication logbook.
- Apply all HSE safety principles, rules and requirements always and escalate any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Matric .
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures .
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written ).
- Computer literacy and includes a basic understanding of excel.
