Parts Department Associate for Collision Center

The John Kennedy Collision Centers, with two locations, Conshohocken and Willow Grove, have an excellent full-time opportunity for someone ready to take charge of the parts department of a high-volume collision center. Experience in a parts department environment is a must. We're looking for someone with a parts department background, where your organizational skills and attention to detail helped keep the department running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with estimators on ordering parts for collision repairs

- Receive and record part deliveries

- Inspect parts for accuracy and flaws

- Monitor status of parts deliveries

- Track and process returns

- Work closely with technicians and keep them updated on parts deliveries

- Maintain a clean and organized working environment

Requirements:

- Basic computer skills

- The ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment

- Be motivated, reliable, and energetic

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Be at least 18 years of age

- Professional Appearance

- Be detail-oriented

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Good judgment and a positive attitude

- Some heavy lifting is required.
