- S upport ing related functions such as production team, Process Engineering team in driving continuous improvement activities with respect to yield, capacity, reliability, quality, productivity, energy , cost effectiveness and optimizing production pr o cesses.
- Work ing with related function teams to b uild and sustain safe, reliable and efficient operation of the process involving membrane, Liquid filter, Gas filter, injection molding components, Dispense Pump .

- 関連する機能チームと連携し、膜、液体フィルター、ガスフィルター、射出成形部品、ディスペンスポンプを含むプロセスの、安全かつ信頼性が高く効率的なオペレーションを構築・維持する。
In this role you will:
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and facilitate annual cost saving activities across plant organization
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
- Design and optimize factory layouts and workflows.
- Develop and standardize work procedures and provide training to operators.
- Support process design and implementation during the introduction of new equipment.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects.
- Support Continuous Improvement team on various activities and trainings .
- Work with Product Management team and production team on capacity planning.

- 作業手順を策定・標準化し、オペレーターへのトレーニングを実施する。
- 新しい設備の導入に際し、プロセスの設計および導入を支援する。
- 安全、品質、コスト、納期（SQCD）に関連するKPIを監視し、改善する。
- 部門横断的なチームと連携し、戦略的なプロジェクトを推進する。
- 継続的改善（CI）チームの様々な活動や研修を支援する。
- プロダクトマネジメント（PM）チームおよび製造チームと連携し、 生産能力計画の策定を行う。
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Required: （必須条件）
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering tools such as time studies and line balancing.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC score > 5 00 ).
- 産業工学、化学工学、機械工学、電気工学、または関連分野における学士号以上。
- 製造現場における産業工学の分野で、 3 年以上の実務経験があること。
- リーン生産方式、シックスシグマ、およびカイゼン手法の実務経験。
- タイムスタディやラインバランシングなどの産業工学ツールに精通していること。
- 日本語および英語のビジネスレベルでの運用能力（ TOEIC スコア 5 00 点以上）。
Preferre d: （歓迎要件）
- Experience working in global manufacturing environments.
- Project management experience.
- Working experience in Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel VBA or Power BI.
- Experience Kaizen activities based on Toyota Production System
- Six sigma Black Belt or Grenn Belt
