Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $17.50/hr

Location: Oglethorpe, GA Hours: 30 hours/week — Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM Pay: $17.50 per hour Start Date: IMMEDIATE NEED

Are you a compassionate caregiver with experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) or autism ? CSA Homecare is looking for a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our growing team!

What Youll Do:

- Provide support to clients with IDD and autism in their daily living activities

- Promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion

- Assist with personal care, behavior support, and skill development

- Communicate effectively with families, clients, and care teams

What Were Looking For:

- Experience working with individuals with IDD and/or autism is required

- A nurturing, patient, and reliable personality

- Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday morning schedule

- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
