About this role
The Senior Manager, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP) is responsible for leading the Industrial Segment's end-to-end planning process and serving as the primary business partner for commercial, operations, product management, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams. The role is accountable for developing a balanced demand, supply, inventory, and revenue plan across a 3-to-24-month planning horizon while driving operational execution, inventory optimization, and profitable growth.
This position serves as the focal point for Industrial Segment S&OP governance, facilitating cross-functional decision making, identifying risks and opportunities, resolving supply-demand imbalances, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational capabilities. The successful candidate will drive planning excellence, process standardization, analytics, and continuous improvement across the Industrial Segment.
