What You Will Do

- Analyzes data and trends of the entire Value Stream/Business Unit to   determine   opportunities for improvement.

- Along with the functional team, creates and implements a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques.

- Executes and coordinates continuous improvement tasks and projects within Value Stream/Business Unit.

- Foster project management discipline, providing   expertise   and support in the intake, initiation, planning, execution,   transition   and closure of projects, providing support to the Management of Change.

- Fosters a sustainable continuous improvement culture (Lean Sigma) to deliver business results by acting as Mentor and Subject Matter Expert on continuous improvement methodologies for the department

- Collaborates with local and Corporate’s Continuous Improvement organization

- Develops,   promotes   and coordinates cultural activities with HR, EHS & Quality department for engagement and awareness on Integrated Systems CI mindset.

- Coordinates Leadership Week, Lean bootcamp training, monthly trainings, etc.

- Participate and supports policy deployment exercises such as x-matrix, risk register, macro plan, among others.

- Streamlines processes and operations to allow for growth

- Leads project progress meetings and communications for projects owned by this position.

- Completes   30-60-90 day   reviews after event closures to ensure successful delivery has been achieved.

- Advanced   proficiency   in English, both written and spoken.

- Advanced Lean & Continuous Improvement Methodologies:   Expand your knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, policy deployment, and other Operational Excellence tools to solve complex business challenges.

- Project & Change Management:   Gain hands-on experience managing cross-functional improvement projects from planning through execution, while strengthening your project management and organizational change leadership skills.

- Data-Driven Decision Making:   Enhance your ability to analyze operational data,   identify   trends, measure project performance, and leverage business insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Impact:   Build strong partnerships with local and corporate teams while developing the communication, leadership, and collaboration skills needed to influence organizational culture and drive sustainable operational excellence.

Qualifications You Must Have

- A   bachelor's degree in engineering ,   b usiness , or related   field and   minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience as a Continuous Improvement /OPEX professional .

- E x perience with Lean Manufacturing tools in both shop floor and functional environments (such as:   Value Stream Mapping, Process Analysis, Root Cause Analysis,   etc ).

- Experience with advanced project management practices and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar) to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications We Prefer

- Lean and/or Black Belt certifications   or similar industry   certifications .
