About this role

Help us keep every part of the business running smoothly β€” and find ways to make it run even better.

Hey there β€” we're Kinship πŸ‘‹

We're building the content management and project tracking platform for Revit that AEC firms actually want to use β€” because we've lived the pain ourselves. Our tools help architects, engineers, and BIM managers standardize libraries, track usage, and eliminate chaos.

We're looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join our team in London. Behind every good product is a business that has to run well too β€” and you'll be the person helping make that happen across finance, HR, security & compliance, sales and marketing. Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll get an inside view of how a tech company actually works.

This isn't an office manager or administrative assistant role. Yes, there's hands-on admin, but you'll also help maintain and improve the systems behind each of these areas, and research new projects and initiatives as we grow.

This is a graduate role, designed for someone fresh out of university (or close to it). You don't need years of experience β€” you need curiosity, care, and the drive to learn fast. In return, you'll pick up skills across every part of a tech business and grow into a more focused and responsible role over time.

In this role, you will:

- Provide day-to-day operational support across finance, HR, security & compliance, sales and marketing
- Handle the admin that keeps things moving β€” managing customer billing and renewals, maintaining HR files, supporting events, and keeping our CRM up to date
- Help maintain our security & compliance program β€” including our ISO 27001 certification, GDPR documentation, and security questionnaires from customers
- Help improve the systems and processes each of these areas runs on
- Research new projects and initiatives at the direction of our CEO
- Learn how all the parts of a tech business fit together

We think your background probably includes:

- A recently completed degree, or the equivalent in early work experience β€” this is a graduate role, so we're not expecting a long CV
- Some experience keeping things organized, whether for a job, a project, a team or an organization
- Experience communicating clearly in plain English, especially in writing
- Bonus points if you've used tools like Notion, Slack or a CRM before

You're probably someone who:

- Spots the little things β€” a wrong number, a missing record, a step in a process that could be smoother
- Learns new tools and topics quickly, and enjoys doing it
- Manages your time well and can prioritize when several things need attention at once
- Enjoys variety and is curious about how businesses actually run β€” from billing to hiring to closing deals
- Takes pride in making things clearer, faster, and better for others

What We Offer

- Competitive salary
- A beautiful, plant-filled office in central London (by Southwark tube station) and good coffee (obviously)
- A no-BS team of people who love building great software together
- A front-row seat to every side of a growing tech company β€” and room to grow with it
- A company that believes in work-life balance

We believe the best people come from all backgrounds and walks of life. If this role excites you and you think you have what it takes – even if you don't tick every box – we'd love to hear from you.
