About this role
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join the Fitness Operations team as a Fitness Facility Attendant . The Fitness Facility Attendant will ensure a quality experience for members and guests. This is a part-time position, and is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and experience related to the fields of health, fitness, and sports operations and management.
Position Responsibilities :
- Diligent monitoring of fitness areas to ensure safety of members and guests
- Regular assessment of safety of equipment and environment
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in the event of an emergency
- Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple requests within scheduled time frames
- Meticulous cleaning of assigned areas and equipment
- Strong initiative to provide basic fitness equipment identification and overview to members and guests

Qualifications
Candidate Qualifications :
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, fitness equipment and proper use
- Strong adherence to safety standards and emergency protocol, as set forth by Farmington Country Club and the Fitness Department
