This senior-level role serves as the primary owner of the configuration function for Phoenix OneCase (P1C), our configurable grants and case management platform supporting HUD CDBG-DR disaster recovery and broader public program delivery. You will set the standard for how new programs are built, lead and mentor a team of system administrators, and serve as the senior escalation point for complex configuration challenges across both production deployments and business development engagements.
