Starting Pay: $11-12/hr
Hours: Full-time, approximately 35-40 hours per week
Shift: Evenings / Nights
Must be available after 5:00 PM

DNC Facility Services is hiring part-time Night Shift Cleaning Techs in Longview, TX. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work, can follow cleaning standards, and are comfortable working with a small team.

This position is Full-time, and hours may vary based on assigned buildings, schedule needs, and employee availability.

What You’ll Do:

- Clean and maintain assigned commercial buildings, including restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash

- Restock supplies as needed

- Follow DNC cleaning standards and safety procedures

- Communicate with your Team Lead or Account Manager about supply needs, building issues, or concerns

Schedule Information:

- Evening and night shifts available

- Must be available to work after 5:00 PM

- Schedules will be discussed during the interview

- Hours are not guaranteed and may vary depending on availability, assigned buildings, and business needs

- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active during the shift

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Must pass a background check
