About this role

SNA Academy is a fast-growing online education platform with a strong presence in Saudi Arabia and plans for expansion into the UAE. We are currently seeking Native American English-speaking Tutors with a clear American accent to join our freelance teaching team.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct live, one-on-one online English sessions with adult learners.
- Support students in developing their speaking, listening, pronunciation, and overall communication skills.
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to improve fluency and confidence.
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions while following SNA Academy’s structured teaching approach.

- Structured English program covering A1–C2 levels .
- Interactive learning based on the Total Physical Response (TPR) methodology.
- Access to AI-powered learning tools, placement tests, and educational resources.
- Customized learning plans tailored to each student’s needs.

Requirements

- Native English speaker with an American accent .
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, engaging, and confident teaching style.
- Passion for teaching and supporting learners’ development.
- Previous ESL teaching or tutoring experience is must.
