Field Service Manager – X-Ray Systems (Leadership Role | National Travel)

Del Medical is looking for a hands-on Field Service Manager who thrives at the intersection of advanced X-ray technology, leadership, and mission-critical service delivery.

Youll lead a team of Field Service Engineers supporting radiographic imaging systems across hospitals, clinics, and government installations, including military environments where performance matters most.

What Youll Do

- Lead & Develop a High-Performance Team
Coach, mentor, and manage Field Service Engineers across multiple regions

- Own Service Operations
Drive performance across response times, uptime, and first-time fix rates

- Be the Technical Authority
Support escalations and troubleshoot complex X-ray system issues

- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and government clients

- Improve & Scale the Service Function
Implement best practices, streamline processes, and partner with Engineering & Quality

- Stay Close to the Field
Travel to support installations, escalations, and critical deployments
