We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our growing team. This is a key position responsible for ensuring our fabricated parts meet the highest standards of accuracy, durability, and compliance.

What You'll Do

- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and final products for dimensional accuracy and quality.

- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.

- Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (including GD&T).

- Identify and document non-conformances and collaborate with production on corrective actions.

- Maintain inspection records, logs, and reports accurately.

- Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred).

- 2+ years of inspection experience in sheet metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environment.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.

- Proficient with precision measuring tools.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical documentation.

- Basic computer skills (Excel, QMS/ERP systems a plus).

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Work Location: In-person in Bloomingdale, Illinois

- Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm
