What Youll Do

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting

- Administer medications and treatments

- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians

- Maintain accurate documentation

- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

Schedule Options

- Part-time, 16 Hours Per Pay period - NOC Shift

- Part-time, 56 Hours Per Pay Period - PM Shift

Job Responsibilities:

- Provides professional nursing care to assigned residents and other areas as needed.

- Verifies Physician Orders and medication accuracy.

- Assists in developing resident care plans.

- Conducts routine rounds, noting and documenting any changes in resident condition (physical, emotional, social, spiritual) electronically.

- Prepares residents for admission, transfer, or discharge.

- Instructs residents and families in self-help/self-care.

- Supervises and directs assigned C.N.A.'s.

- Maintains resident rights and immediately reports suspected violations per policy.

- Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

- Assesses individual resident needs.

- Plans, implements, and evaluates care for a defined group of residents.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse (RN).

- Experience working in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is beneficial, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!

- Must be certified in C.P.R. or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months.
