About this role
Primary Objectives of Position:
- To oversee the day to day operations of the dry fertilizer plant
- Manage all dry fertilizer staff duties
- Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service
- Serve all duties while fulfilling the company mission, vision, and goals
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Oversee all logistics for the dry fertilizer plant
- Maintain adequate inventory levels
- Consult with customers on needs and give recommendations
- Schedule day to day deliveries and dispatch delivery employees
- Coordination and dispatching of applicator employees
- Make sure all equipment is in proper working order and communicate any problems accordingly
- All other related duties assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and math skills
- Must have experience overseeing logistics operations and would prefer agricultural experience
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and have good finger and leg dexterity
