About this role

Job Summary:

Seeking individual with a can-do-attitude ready to join the F&B management team with high energy and a positive work ethic. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, ability to provide solid leadership during slow and peak service and quick problem-solving skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise all assigned outlet ensuring excellent service standards are met within work areas

- Works closely with staff on food quality control and maintaining the smooth and sanitary operation of outlet

- Scheduling of staff and monitor assigned staff labor

- Have a clear knowledge of all duties and responsibilities of outlet with the ability to perform each position with clarity and accuracy, and offer support where needed

- Understand the function and operation of outlet equipment with the ability to operate, problem-solve and/or fix when needed

- Ensure a positive work environment with supportive and encouraging managing techniques

- Must demonstrate proven leadership skills and must be able to delegate, effectively train, develop, and motivate staff along with the ability to effectively mentor key leadership positions

- Maintain open lines of communication with F&B Director, management team and staff to ensure operational needs are met and policies are enforced

- Effectively communicates with all levels of employees, guests, and all other outside contacts

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years’ experience in managing role within the F&B industry

- Knowledge of all applicable county, state, and federal laws regarding food and beverage handling practices, including applicable state liquor laws

Other Requirements:

- Ski industry experience preferred

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays

- Must have a reliable transportation plan that allows for timely arrival to and from the worksite for all scheduled shifts
