About the Role
As a Business Operations Intern , you will support sales order management and operational processes from order entry to delivery. You will gain hands-on experience in managing transactions, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order and Transaction Management Process sales orders and liquidation entries using an ERP system
- Prepare documents required for delivery of sold items from key accounts
- Assist in invoicing and ensure accuracy of transaction records
- Inventory and Data Management Provide inventory adjustments and update product status in the system
- Maintain accurate and organized data records
- Support database-related queries and concerns from internal stakeholders
- Coordination and Delivery Support Coordinate delivery schedules with relevant teams
- Communicate updates and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Support tracking of orders from processing to delivery
- Administrative and Operational Support Assist in managing correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
- Organize files and support general administrative tasks
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure efficiency
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or data management tools (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel)
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles (school or internship)
