Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banks (user stories, use cases, functional specifications).
- Coordinate and collaborate with VRNW and banks to maintain and ensure the quality of FAQ content within the CMS.
- Work closely with the development team to implement requirements and integrate the FAQ bot.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience, response quality, and accuracy.
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders and prepare project status reports.
- Support the planning, execution, and documentation of releases while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking environment.
- Contribute to an agile project environment following Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of chatbots, conversational AI, or FAQ systems is an advantage.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is desirable.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Fluent English and good German language skills.
