Position Responsibilities

- Develop your recruitment skills by interviewing quality candidates, maintaining and tracking candidate pipelines and developing meaningful contacts.
- Work alongside an experience recruiter to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
- Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.
- Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

- This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
