What You'll Do

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive functioning, mobility, and activities of daily living.

- Help patients maximize independence and safely remain in their homes.

- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, techniques, and strategies to support daily living.

- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.

- Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant clinical records.

- Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education and professional development.

What We're Looking For

- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license .

- Home health or outpatient experience preferred.

- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a patient caseload.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
